Mon-Fri £60 per response Sat-Sun £80 per response
-Onsite to inspect issue.
-First hour of handyman services.
-A full report inclusive of any necessary imaging, appropriate action and a recommended contractor matched to the properties issue to yourselves in live time.
Optional Extras:
-Organisation of agreed contractor on your behalf, being onsite to supervise the contractor and merging invoices to allow for a smoother service. (Charged at 20% of contractors charges additionally)
'Annual Leave' Packages:
Mon - Fri £30pd Sat-Sun £40pd (For One Property)
-24/7 Response to tenants / guests on your behalf. (For example, via phone or airbnb messaging as a co-host)
-24/7 On-call to respond to any issues on site. (Inclusive of issue reports, with any necessary imaging, appropriate action and recommendations for relevant contractors sent to you in live time)
-First hour of general handyman fixes. (Materials charged only with your prior approval)
-End of day report regarding your property and tenants/guests sent to you via email to keep you updated.
Optional Extras:
-20% Discount for additional properties.
-Check-in and check-out onsite with guests. (£20pd additionally)
-Organisation of agreed contractor on your behalf, being onsite to supervise the contractor and merging invoices to allow for a smoother service. (Charged at 15% of contractors charges additionally)
